Johnson Controls is seeking a Pre-construction Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities and foster supplier relationships for their HVAC Controls Sales Organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC estimating and will be responsible for developing installation cost models and coordinating procurement strategies across branch offices

Job Summary

  • Lead the development of installation costing and the identification and selection of 3rd party subcontractors through supplier development, contract management, supplier relationships, price negotiations, working capital optimization and improved communication between the central procurement teams and the branch offices.
  • This individual will coordinate all operational procurement activities, utilizing the systems, processes and procedures governing the procurement of subcontract labor while ensuring compliance with BOS procedures and DoA requirements.
  • This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
