Must-have
Associate's degree plus 3 years experience
Troubleshoot tooling and programming
Read blueprints and electrical schematics
Mathematical calculations for fixture design
Support continuous improvement principles
Nice-to-have
Experience with Solidworks preferred
Injection molding experience preferred
Machining or robotics knowledge a plus
Fast-paced environment adaptability
Cross-functional collaboration skills
