The Resident Technical Officer will supervise the construction and redevelopment of high-end residential buildings including blocks, carpark, and communal facilities.
The role requires ensuring all works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and relevant statutory requirements such as the Building Control Act.
The position may involve travel outside Singapore to inspect Prefabricated Bathroom Unit fabrication and precast elements when necessary.
