  • Design and implement end-to-end customer journey workflows using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including event-triggered, scheduled, and audience-based journeys.
  • Build and manage audience segments in AEP Real-Time CDP to power AJO journey entries and campaign targeting.
  • Monitor journey performance, troubleshoot issues in data flows and channel deliverability, and optimize based on analytics.
