Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing in directing nursing activities, participating in policy development, ensuring staff compliance, and managing administrative, committee, personnel, and nursing care functions.
The role requires a current, unencumbered RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
