  • Deliver close, timely, and quality service to clients and potential clients, guiding them and resolving their requirements to ensure their satisfaction and strengthen the company's image.
  • Attend to clients in person and by phone for life annuities, individual life insurance, and collective insurance lines, responding to inquiries, managing requirements, claims, and providing advice on company products, ensuring excellence in service delivered.
