Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest quality of care.
The role includes administrative duties, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to all facility policies, including infection control and safety regulations.
