Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from accredited agency
  • Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or completed training
  • 1 year or more pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Able to pass standardized color blindness test
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years old
