Job Summary

• The candidate will be responsible for implementing new and reformulated hair care formulations while driving the 5S agenda, compliance, and resilience to ensure business continuity and strategy execution for Hair Care North America.
• The role involves working closely with internal R&D teams, Procurement, Brand, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and aligned with Unilever’s quality standards.

Salary

Base: $71,400 to $107,200; Bonus/Equity: Bonus eligible and LTI eligible; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement savings, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, paid vacation and holidays

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years practical formulation experience
• Experience in Personal Care formulation preferred
• Working knowledge of ingredients and product design principles
• Project and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
