Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS tools

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years related experience in customer service or call centre
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Post-secondary degree preferred
Must be authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis
