Job Summary

• The Consultant, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides support to all Carilion EAP client companies through excellent counseling, consultation, coaching and training services.
• Provides EAP supervisory consultations with Human Resource staff, managers and directors of Carilion EAP client companies, and may arrange for services with EAP staff.
