Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years IRB administration experience
Expert knowledge of 45 CFR 46, 21 CFR 50, 56
Master's degree or higher preferred
Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Manager (CIM) preferred
2+ years lead role experience preferred
Experience with AAHRPP accreditation preferred
Experience with electronic IRB submission systems preferred
