Must-have
Active Massachusetts RN Licensure
2+ years case management experience
Experience with dually eligible populations
Patient assessment and care planning
Third-party payer authorization communication
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Managed Care systems
Understanding of diagnostic criteria
Utilization Review experience
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Strong rapport building skills
Key Requirements
Associate's Degree Nursing required
Active unrestricted RN License in Massachusetts
