Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance
  • Minimum 5+ years Finance and Accounting experience
  • Understanding of Real Estate fund and investment property structures
  • Experience with public and private financial statements
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel Macros
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in deadline-driven environment
