Job Summary

  • You will play a critical strategic part in shaping and executing our people agenda in Taiwan, supporting business growth, organizational effectiveness, and an inclusive company culture.
  • Leverage HR systems, analytics, and people data to generate insights, monitor key HR metrics (e.g., hiring, attrition, capability gaps, training effectiveness).
  • Act as a culture champion by driving employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and reinforcing DSV’s values, ethical standards, and commitment to a respectful workplace.
