Job Summary
Supervise production processes and personnel in assigned field, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality, maintenance, safety, and schedules.
Oversee day-to-day production activities of plant pharmaceutical products at the most economical cost consistent with prescribed quality standards in a timely manner.
Promote all site initiatives including plant safety programs, lean initiatives, and training programs, while interpreting and applying HR policies.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Bachelor's in technical or business-related field preferred
Continual certification in First Aid/CPR will be required upon hire if not previously attained
