Job Summary

  • Lead the application of advanced statistical methods, specifically Statistical Process Control (SPC), to challenge each factory to achieve best-in-class PCS through a blended approach of training, practical application, data analysis, and strategic development.
  • Conduct on-site operational audits to ensure factories are on track to bring new capacity online, evaluating facilities, equipment qualification schedules, operational processes and quality systems.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree with 4+ years of experience or PhD degree with 2+ years of experience
