The Business Operations Director is critical to enabling the delivery of medicines and vaccines by improving performance through efficient processes, accelerating priority initiatives, and leading key operational projects.
Partner with the LT to develop, execute, and monitor team objectives and strategies, translating team thinking into actionable plans that drive measurable impact.
Leverage data and technology (including AI) to facilitate effective decision-making, analyze business performance, and provide actionable insights that drive operational excellence.
