Must-have
10 years leadership in facilities management
5 years managing multi-location technical teams
Deep knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
P&L responsibility and budget management experience
Experience with CMMS and building automation systems

Proven track record in business growth
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Data-driven operational decision making
Experience in mission-critical environments
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years progressive leadership experience
At least 5 years managing technical professionals across multiple locations
Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., BIFM, IWFM, RICS)
Extensive experience in commercial office or industrial facilities
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a multi-site environment
