Job Summary
Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of support programs for buildings, utilities, clean rooms, surroundings, cleaning, projects, and business continuity plan (BCP).
Ensures the proper functioning and supply of utilities to the operation such as electricity, water, nitrogen, compressed air, argon, and natural gas.
Oversees BCP's leader and advisor for BWI, building and surrounding maintenance activities, cleanroom control systems, special projects, cleaning services, capital projects, and the business continuity plan.

Key Requirements
Engineering in related area or related career
More than 7 years of experience and training
Experience in the medical area is recommended
Clear theoretical and practical ability of fundamental engineering techniques
Deep technical knowledge of equipment and facility systems
Documentation control systems in a regulated manufacturing environment
Ability to manage projects, limits, scopes, and duration
Knowledge of project management principles
Excellent oral and written skills in both Spanish and English
