Job Summary

• Support node deployment and management for the Depot Integrated Product Team (IPT), including interfacing directly with customers, continuous monitoring, remote patching and baseline update deployment to maintain consistency of installs and preserve cybersecurity posture.
• Work directly with customers in a technical role, collaborate in planning with customers, produce technical documentation to support maintenance of HW/SW systems, deploy patches and baseline updates to remote sites, maintain and manage nodes remotely, and perform continuous monitoring.
• This job can be filled as an Advanced or Senior level depending on the successful candidate’s education and experience, minimally requires a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline with 5+ years of related experience.
