Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of domestic water distribution systems, steam distribution systems, sanitary sewerage systems, irrigation systems, and fire suppression systems throughout the complex.
  • Incumbents must possess an active P-2 State of Connecticut Occupational Trade license or above and demonstrate skills necessary to perform job functions through a technical proficiency test.
  • The role requires maintaining proper water chemistry in all water features and performing backflow maintenance and repair while adhering to strict safety protocols including confined space and fall protection training.
