Key Requirements
15+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience leading AI-driven SDLC transformation
Hands-on coding experience
Expert knowledge in performance, scalability, distributed architecture
Strong programming skills in Java, C#, or Python
Experience with modern Javascript frameworks
Proficient in API fundamentals and REST API architecture
Advanced experience with Cloud Native Infrastructure and CI/CD
Experience building applications in microservice architecture
