Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to administer transportation allotment funds for public school units (PSUs) across North Carolina.
• The position provides financial leadership, oversight, and technical guidance to ensure State transportation funds are allocated accurately, equitably, and in accordance with State law, State Board of Education policy, and departmental procedures.
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution and two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
