Develop and own high-voltage battery diagnostic calibrations for GM electric vehicles, including cell, pack, current, temperature, and controller-integrity diagnostics.
Collaborate closely with software scrums, other calibration scrums, system safety, and validation teams to ensure diagnostics align with feature intent, safety goals, and test coverage.
Use product health and field data to identify trends, refine calibrations, and reduce customer-impacting diagnostic issues over time.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years automotive controls/diagnostics/calibration experience
EV / high-voltage battery experience preferred
Experience with calibration tools (INCA, MATLAB/Simulink)
Familiarity with CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet
Working knowledge of diagnostic and safety processes
