Job Summary Lead and manage end-to-end procurement, logistics, and billing operations to ensure product availability, cost optimization, and strong supplier and customer relationships. Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive operational profitability. Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end quotation process and service contracts to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with business goals Resolve escalated issues and disputes by coordinating cross-functional teams while maintaining strong customer relationships Oversee billing operations including invoice and credit note generation to ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial controls Take full ownership of logistics and supply chain operations to meet product availability demands and optimize costs Monitor operational profit and loss, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and profitability Manage daily logistics workflows, verify shipping arrangements, audit stock takes, and control section expenditures including vendor pricing and expense invoices Oversee the full purchase order cycle for air and sea freight, maintain updated order trackers, and proactively flag issues Build and maintain supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, negotiate commercial terms, and resolve supply, quality, and delivery issues promptly Monitor manufacturing status of materials at the factory in China and maintain up-to-date status reports Prepare weekly shipment and manufacturing status reports Coordinate work schedule with two weeks stationed in Singapore and two weeks in China on a rotating basis Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline At least 5 years of procurement or sourcing experience in the construction industry Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Effective bilingual communication skills in both spoken and written Mandarin and English to engage with Mandarin-spea
