Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, transcribe physician's orders, chart nurses' notes, and complete required recordkeeping forms and accident/incident reports.
Participate in employee performance evaluations, develop work assignments, provide leadership to nursing personnel, and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
