  • You are part of the Vanderlande Value Office team, providing 2nd-level support and specific technical expertise to customers and colleagues in the APAC region.
  • Your responsibilities include analyzing system performance, executing ticket lifecycles, monitoring the customer’s BHS environment, and performing Root Cause Analysis.
  • You will troubleshoot SCADA-related issues, middleware issues, and software components, as well as deploy and maintain IT Monitoring Solutions.
