Job Summary
You are part of the Vanderlande Value Office team, providing 2nd-level support and specific technical expertise to customers and colleagues in the APAC region.
Your responsibilities include analyzing system performance, executing ticket lifecycles, monitoring the customer’s BHS environment, and performing Root Cause Analysis.
You will troubleshoot SCADA-related issues, middleware issues, and software components, as well as deploy and maintain IT Monitoring Solutions.
