Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years Human Resources experience
Knowledge of employment laws EEO FMLA FLSA
Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Ability to handle workplace investigations
Nice-to-have
Marriott systems experience preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in hospitality or resort industry
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
