Job Summary

  • Guide clients on SFMC best practices, provide technical leadership, and design/build/optimize digital messaging programs across email, mobile, and related channels.
  • Conduct platform audits, health checks, and develop solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and GTL, supporting API integrations.
  • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for clients, contributing to roadmaps and documenting solutions and internal best practices.
