The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for analytical and microbiological evaluations of all raw, pasteurized, and final products, complying with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Duties include operating laboratory testing equipment, performing daily quality checks, accurately completing logs, and escalating unusual results or product defects immediately to a supervisor.
