  • The position involves managing the entire end-to-end process from customer requests to monitoring shipment and delivery of aircraft components.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a reactive operational environment with very short-term deliverables across all shifts.

Must-have

  • Manage AOG and Critical Exchange Orders
  • Work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
  • Ensure delivery within contractual lead times
  • Review airworthiness certification and regulations
  • Negotiate with OEMs and approved vendors

Nice-to-have

  • Positive mindset and strong sense of rigor
  • Fluent in English with Mandarin or French advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or AMASIS systems
  • Ability to prioritize emergency tasks effectively

Key Requirements

  • Diploma with min 2 years relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Airworthiness and Aviation regulations
  • Good knowledge of Export Control Regulations
  • Proficiency in Maintenance and Logistics standards
