This role serves as a functional leader within the quality organization, coordinating team deliverables to ensure manufacturing site quality requirements are met.
The supervisor is responsible for building and developing teams by supervising, coaching, and directing quality engineers and technicians while promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Success in this position requires adherence to strict regulatory standards including FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and Good Manufacturing Practices while driving continuous process improvements.
