Must-have

• Active LMSW credential or MSW degree
• One year healthcare experience required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to respond to crisis situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice-to-have

• Two years social work experience preferred
• Active patient contact within past three years
• Adaptability to diverse backgrounds
• Emotional stability under stress
• Participation in Bereavement Team activities
