Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership, direction, and solution-oriented thinking to the Site Leadership Team while ensuring advocacy for the customer.
  • This role serves as the voice of the customer during production meetings and partners with Sales and Customer Success to grow relationships with Factory Direct and Enterprise accounts.
  • The manager will develop unconstrained unit forecasts for the S&OP process and drive team performance towards key metrics like Order Acknowledgement Cycle Time and Quote Cycle Time.
