Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership, direction, and solution-oriented thinking to the Site Leadership Team while ensuring advocacy for the customer.
This role serves as the voice of the customer during production meetings and partners with Sales and Customer Success to grow relationships with Factory Direct and Enterprise accounts.
The manager will develop unconstrained unit forecasts for the S&OP process and drive team performance towards key metrics like Order Acknowledgement Cycle Time and Quote Cycle Time.
