This role serves as a dual-domain expert responsible for the security health of both traditional IT assets and critical OT systems within Airbus's Global Centre of Excellence.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end vulnerability lifecycles while performing deep-packet validation for industrial protocols to minimize false positives and ensure safety.
Candidates must possess the technical authority to coordinate vendor-led fixes and bridge the gap between security assessments and operational reality in a challenging environment.

7+ years IT cybersecurity experience
Tenable OT and Tenable.io/sc expertise
Converged IT/OT environment management
Industrial protocol validation Modbus DNP3
PLC logic and firmware monitoring
Nice-to-have
Experience with Nozomi or Claroty platforms
Strong stakeholder management skills
Agile mindset and collaborative working
Ability to resolve complex backend issues
Key Requirements
Graduate/Post Graduate degree required
7+ years experience in IT or Cybersecurity
Proven track record managing converged IT/OT environments
