Job Summary

• Enthusiastically greet guests and provide event information, scan tickets, and escort guests to their sections while monitoring aisles for safety and compliance with fire codes.
• Enforce facility policies such as no smoking and no re-entry, proactively approach guests with questions or complaints, and creatively resolve troubles up to the level requiring supervisor intervention.
• Identify and respond to emergencies by remaining calm, directing guests to safety areas, and involving Security or Supervisors as appropriate.
