Must-have
Affordable housing experience required
Knowledge of LIHTC HUD Section 8 compliance
Experience with Entrata RealPage Yardi systems
Regional coaching plan execution
LMS and blended learning implementation
Nice-to-have
CPLP or CPTM certification preferred
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Fast-paced dynamic environment adaptability
High potential individual development focus
Key Requirements
Proven experience in employee training and coaching
