  • Employees must be comfortable driving a company van to transport behavioral residents to medical appointments while also working on the floor as a caregiver.
  • The role requires maintaining confidentiality of protected health information and reporting all incidents, accidents, or suspected abuse immediately.

Must-have

  • Valid AZ Caregiver Certification required
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License required
  • Comfortable driving company van for appointments
  • Assist with daily living activities and hygiene
  • Monitor resident condition and report changes

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to create warm and positive atmosphere
  • Experience with restorative procedures
  • Strong communication with nursing staff
  • Proficiency in using PCC documentation system
