Job Summary
Provide day to day privacy law advice and strategic input on banking industry consultations, initiatives and advocacy on emerging laws in privacy, digital identity, and the Consumer Data Right.
Advise on privacy and data governance risks and opportunities for Group AI projects and partnerships, and lead engagement with the OAIC.
Work as a senior member of the Privacy and Data Legal team, providing specialist privacy advice to CBA’s business units, regarding new products, compliance, transactions and international activities.

Minimum 6 years PQE
Current practising certificate
