Job Summary
A Quality Specialist serves as a customer and quality champion for specific lines or areas of the retail business by analyzing customer feedback and connecting it to product and process opportunities in order to meet quality and business objectives.
This role is both vendor facing as well as Operational focused and supports and leads quality projects to ensure vendor compliance and overall performance to Miller Knoll Retails expectations.
This includes internal projects that focus on process improvements that drive value and overall cost savings to the bottom line.
