Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years financial counseling experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish if required
  • Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) certification
  • Ability to obtain Tier 2 investigation clearance
  • Pass Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) process
