Job Summary
The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership and guidance to the Electrophysiology and Neurointerventional business units, partnering closely with Procurement and Finance leaders to guide procurement strategies, business planning, and cost optimization.
Responsibilities include driving and shaping strategy, managing risk and opportunities, developing and supporting the delivery of financial targets, and leading the value creation agenda for a globally distributed team.
The role requires fostering a collaborative, agile, Credo- and Purpose-driven culture and providing coaching to develop team members, while also working to reduce complexity and improve processes across finance teams.
