Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in change management, organisational psychology, organisational development, business, human resources or related discipline
Professional change management certification (e.g. Prosci, Change Management Institute Accreditation, or equivalent) is highly regarded
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint) is also essential
Solid experience in enterprise wide transformational change management in Workplaces, Technology, Digital and Systems, or People Programs
Extensive experience in managing at scale, end-to-end transformational projects
