The Item Database Manager oversees a team responsible for SKU life-cycle management and the quality implementation of supplier data into Motion’s Item Database catalog or PIM system.
This role serves as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, engages in developing data practices, and works closely with IT and PIM governance on SKU data systems.
The manager leverages KPIs to ensure data quality and completeness, identifies opportunities for efficiency and automation, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements
