As an exercise planner, you will provide technical services to perform operational planning analysis, exercise support, and project management asso cia ted with efficient execution and management.
As a part our team, you’ll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content using Micro sof t Office Suite and SharePoint to help you tell a realistic story.
You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.

Key Requirements
5+ years experience planning Joint Exercise Program
5+ years experience at Operational or higher HQ staff
Experience with Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC)
Experience with Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
Experience with Army Design Methodology (ADM)
Experience with Joint Planning Process (JPP)
Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Office 365
Ability to produce exercise plans
Ability to provide senior-level concept of operation briefs
Ability to travel up to 20%
Secret clearance required
Bachelor's degree
Graduate of Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or equivalent
