Job Summary

  • The Banquet Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all banquet and event operations to ensure exceptional service and seamless execution.
  • This role works closely with the Sales, Banquet, and Culinary teams to deliver successful events while maintaining the highest standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction in line with Pullman’s brand standards.
