Job Summary

  • This role will provide administrative and executional support to drive effective and successful implementation of the venue parking strategy.
  • The Parking Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Parking department and to ensure all guest, employee, artist and venue transportation needs are satisfied during event days.
  • Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and disciplines parking staff for the efficient operation of the parking department.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years in supervisory role
  • At least 2 years in Guest Service
  • Strong strategic thinking

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • Constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+
