The ideal candidate should have experience in QA/QC within the food and beverage sector, particularly with gluten-free products and Halal certification
Job Summary
The role involves developing and maintaining ISO and Halal documentation systems to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Candidates will perform daily quality checks in a central kitchen to prevent cross-contamination of gluten-free products.
The position requires coordinating internal and external audits while conducting regular training on food safety protocols.
