Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Supervisory experience with team leadership
Knowledge of banking operational policies
Ability to manage cash handling and vaults
Experience in customer relationship management
Active NMLS registration for mortgage lending
Nice-to-have
Notary License certification preferred
Undergraduate degree in business or finance
Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments
Community service engagement experience
Proven ability to exceed sales targets
Key Requirements
HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
2+ years related experience in customer service or sales
Must maintain active NMLS registration status
Previous supervisory or coaching experience required
Satisfactory criminal background and credit check results
